1. Eligibility

Users must be 18+ and legally competent. Products are sold and shipped in India only unless stated otherwise.

2. Account registration & security

You may browse without an account; registration is required for certain features. Sign-in options include email/password, OTP, or social logins (Google, Facebook, Apple). You are responsible for credential confidentiality and account activity. Report unauthorised use to support@vmaxat.com.

3. Ordering, pricing & payment

• Product descriptions and compatibility guidance are indicative; verify suitability before purchase.
• Orders are offers to buy; we may accept or reject for stock, address, pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or regulatory reasons.
• Prices are in INR; taxes and shipping are shown at checkout and may change before acceptance.
• We never store full card numbers, OTPs, or UPI PINs.

4. Shipping, delivery & risk of loss

Delivery timelines are indicative. Title and risk transfer upon delivery to your address. You are responsible for correct, serviceable shipping details. You may refuse delivery if a package appears tampered with or damaged; notify us promptly.

5. Returns, cancellations & warranty

Returns and exchanges are governed by the Return, Refund & Exchange Policy. Certain electrical/electronic products are non-returnable once opened or installed, except for manufacturing defects. Warranty is provided per the Warranty Policy. Improper installation, misuse, or unauthorised modifications may void the warranty.

Use the website lawfully. You may not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape content or personal data, interfere with other users, or misrepresent affiliation.

The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to a particular order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or law, misuse of the website or products, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Termination, force majeure & governing law

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for fraud suspicion, misuse, breach, or legal compliance. We are not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control. These Terms are governed by Indian law; the courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
