Can I install a MAXOTO device myself?
No. All MAXOTO products must be installed by an authorised, trained MAXOTO or DTE Systems-certified technician. Self or third-party installation voids the warranty.
How do I know a device fits my car?
Use Find My Fit, the product configurator, or an authorised dealer. We confirm fitment from your brand, model, variant, engine code, year, and VIN where applicable.
How long is the warranty?
Standard cover is 1 year from purchase, extendable to 2–5 years on select products. Register your serial number at maxoto.com within 7 days to keep cover valid.
Can I return an electronic device after installation?
Automotive electronic products are non-returnable and non-refundable once installed, paired, activated, or registered, except for confirmed manufacturing defects.
Will a MAXOTO device damage my car or void the OEM warranty?
MAXOTO devices are plug-and-play and fully reversible. OEM warranty decisions rest with the OEM or dealer; we make no representation about their coverage.
