Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
When products can be returned or exchanged, and how refunds are processed.
1. General conditions
Provide accurate shipping addresses, contact details, and bank information. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by incomplete information. Your purchase binds you to this policy and the Terms & Conditions.
2. Returns and exchange
Products qualify for return or exchange only if an incorrect item was delivered, a damaged product arrived, and you notify us within three (3) working days of receipt.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging, invoice, accessories, and promotional materials.
- Opened, installed, or used products do not qualify.
- Return requests require photographic or video verification.
- Exchanges depend on stock availability; processing takes 7–10 working days after verification.
Electronic devices
All automotive electronic products — including throttle-response systems, engine-tuning modules, and sensors — are non-returnable and non-refundable once installed, paired, activated, or registered. Software pairing or wiring modifications void eligibility.
Defective products
Report non-functional items within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence for replacement consideration. We arrange reverse pickup where available; otherwise you self-ship to our headquarters, bearing the shipping cost.
3. Changes and cancellation
Orders cannot be modified after confirmation. Cancellations are accepted only before dispatch. Company-initiated cancellations receive full refunds within 7–10 working days. Pricing errors result in automatic refund and cancellation.
4. Refunds
- Issued to the original payment method only — never as cash.
- Processed within 7–10 working days of approval or receipt of goods.
- Applied discounts, promotional codes, freebies, and gifts are non-refundable.
5. Governing law
Indian law applies; disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
